Ziqi Chen

I am Ziqi (Adam) Chen, a senior undergraduate student in the School of Data Science at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen, pursuing a bachelor degree in Computer Science and Engineering.

I am fortunate to conduct research with Prof. Hongyuan Zha, Prof. Xiaopeng Li, and Prof. Yixiang Fang at CUHK-Shenzhen. Currently, I am doing research with Prof. Kexin Pei and Prof. Tian Li at UChicago.

My research interests center on adaptive language models. I am particularly interested in enabling LLMs to adapt their behavior to the capabilities of their collaborators and the demands of different tasks, with topics including multi-agent collaboration, reinforcement learning and AI for Science. I am also interested in applying these techniques to AI for Science, especially scientific reasoning and software.

I am actively seeking PhD opportunities starting from 2027 Fall.
